About
I was born in 1976, a lifelong resident of Washington State and currently living in Seattle with my wonderful wife Sara.
My photographic journey began with an entry level digital camera, then transitioned to woking with black and white film exclusively for 5 years, and now I work with a mixture of both. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest around lakes, streams, rivers, sloughs, bays, straights, and the ocean, I have developed a deep admiration for water and this tends to be the most common theme in my photographs. I enjoy utilizing inclement weather conditions that provide a sense of mystery, drama, and mood.
